Product description
Powerful work on vulnerability by Amir Sharon (b. 1957) in very good condition. The work is hand signed and numbered. The silkscreen is in perfect condition. The silkscreens were printed on scuffed paper and then glued to acid-free cardboard. In this new frame a snap to take with you. Please note that the print run number may differ from the photo. The frame is the same and new though. Amir Sharon was born on December 10, 1957 in Haifa, Israel. He attended art school in Avni, Tel Aviv and Düsseldorf. An important part of Amir's creative process is the portrayal of subjects. He uses his subjects as actors who play completely different roles in various paintings. Although he paints his subjects in the classical manner, he places them in strange surroundings, combining them with other objects or even breaking them. In his work, the question "what is it?" is replaced by the question "why is it?" Amir creates, as it were, his own new realism. Make your own wall mosaic (see last photo) and mix vintage artwork with posters, photographs and contemporary artists. This way you playfully put together your own inspiration wall in your living room or office. In our extensive collection there are not only contemporary artists but also many historical prints with which you can create a cool wall mosaic in no time. Also check out our other items from Galerie Rotor at Whoppah or call us for advice. Would you like to have the work framed differently?
