A side table made from cedar.
The cedar used here was harvested locally in Kortrijk. The tree was removed by a private individual. This wood would otherwise end up in the fireplace, but has now been transformed into a high-quality piece of furniture.
The base is made from sawn residues of chipboard. The sawdust comes from a local carpentry workshop.
With the lighter shade of wood and white base, it provides a minimalist experience in the interior.
The whole is finished with quality water varnish.
The piece was newly created by Roel Coessens and is ready for its first use.
