Product description
Large special arc lamp with three colored spheres. The design has many similarities with Dijkstra arc lamps from the seventies, but then topped with a thick layer of eighties Memphis Milano style.
The lamp is not marked, brand and designer are unfortunately unknown.
The three arms can be rotated independently of each other and the caps can shine in any direction. You can illuminate your space threefold in any desired position. The white shade is a bit larger than the black and red shade, a nod to the Memphis style, the plastic shades are easy to detach from each arm so that they can also be positioned to switch.

The 80s interior stands for fun and freedom, the Memphis group experimented with whimsical objects, bright colours, geometric and abstract shapes and kitschy styling.
From the Pop Art color palette to the kitsch of the 1950s, this Italian movement was a reaction against the established order. The Memphis Group, also known as Memphis Milano, was an Italian design and architecture group founded by Ettore Sottsass. It was active from 1980 to 1987. The group designed postmodern furniture, lighting, fabrics, carpets, ceramics, glass and metal objects.
Enthusiasts and collectors of Memphis design included fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld and musician David Bowie.
