Italian mid-century chandelier designed by Gaetano Sciolari in the early 1970s is a work of art and beauty. It combines chrome and brass-plated steel with milky white lampshades made of "Lattimo" Murano glass The so-called Lattimo is a special glass processing and the term is derived from the Italian word "latte" or "milk." The glass is half white and gradually turns transparent. This vintage chandelier has six light sources with lampshades made of Murano glass. The vertical fixture is topped by a large chrome canopy. This beautiful chandelier is a real eye-catcher that, once lit, creates magical light. It will enrich any interior with a touch of mid-century Italian modern design. This fixture is in fantastic original vintage condition with minor scratches and patina marks. E27 bulbs are required for this item.
