Minimalist designed coffee table designed by Cees Braakman for the Dutch design furniture brand Pastoe. The table has the code TA07
The frame of the table is formed by tight solid beams that creates a great interplay of lines. A copper original screw connects the whole.
The top of the table lies loose on the frame, between two subtle recesses of the base. The original square wood top is dual-sided: one side is covered with practical and durable white formica, and the other side has a teak veneer with a spectacular mirrored veneer.
The table was completely refurbished by us where we removed all the old wax layers from the woodwork. It was then hand sanded before being finished with a high-quality nourishing furniture oil. Except for a small dark spot on the edge the table looks original again.
