Product description
Bought for a shoot as a key prop - and now looking for a presidential home: Our very rare & very comfortable Otto Zapf designer armchair, in real Leather - color cognac or camel (you name it) - in a functionally new and optically very good condition . The Pillows and especially the seat cushion are like new, not worn out at all. The Leather is extremely well cared for, beautifully supple and guaranteed not to become brittle anywhere. The chrome-plated base has only minimal scratches that are hardly visible to the eye. The Design is ergonomic and timelessly modern. Sold out on leading Vintage platforms or starting at prices ranging from €1,000 to well over €5,000. And rightly so, after all, the network says the following about this gem: “Presidential office chair by the German industrial designer Otto Zapf from 1975. Here in the estimated 40-year-old re-edition by Topstar. Fully functional with height adjustment, lockable rocker and castors. Rotatable. Covered with cognac-colored Leather with “Otto Zapf” embossing on the back.” Details & Specifications: Designer: Otto Zapf Draft: 1975 Style: Mid Century Formative materials: Leather & Aluminium Manufacturer: Knoll International, later Topstar (each made in Germany) Type: executive chair / office chair Name: consensus Construction: rotatable & tiltable with five-star Aluminium base Cover: Leather Colour: cognac Brown Width: 80cm Depth: 75cm Height: 115 to 125 cm Seat height: 45 to 55 cm Function: rocker function with continuous height adjustment using gas pressure dampers, lockable rocker and roll Marking: Label and embossing Condition: Vintage with slight signs of wear & beautiful patina "Because I have never discovered sharp edges on any human being, I no longer want to believe that objects that people surround themselves with must have sharp edges." PS 2: The dog in the picture is the junior boss and has neither touched a hair nor left a hair on the good piece!

The pictures really say it all. If you still have questions, please write to us. Thanks!
