Fiberglass bucket chair designed by Wim Rietveld (son of Gerrit Rietveld) and Andre Cordemeyer in 1957 for Gispen. This was one of the first industrially manufactured plastic chairs in the Netherlands. It is an original specimen in very good condition, with only minor damage at the front of both arms. Fiberglass shell in gray color in which the fibers are clearly visible. The base is a tubular solid metal frame with rubber shock absorbers. The age of the chair can be seen in the original condition of the base. Height 73 cm, width 64 cm, depth 73 cm, seat height 33 cm.
