This coffee table was made as a unique piece by the Kiel artist Marcus Meyer. The name ''Monowave'' describes the timelessly curved shape in which this table appears to be cast in one piece - holding itself upright. It expresses the movement of wind and water in the tree. The surface consists of a single plank, which is why the grain of the maple tree comes into its own across its entire width.
About the artist: Marcus Meyer has been working as an artist and sculptor since 1993. During this Zeitraum he took part in numerous art exhibitions and installations. As a visionary, he puts together a wooden blank from many individual parts, from which he then uses sculptural work to carve out the expressive form of the subject.
