Danish hanging lamp from the 1970s designed by Bent Nordsted and manufactured by Lyskær Belysning.
The lamp is made of beautifully shaped aluminum. The large hood with a diameter of almost 60 cm ensures a nice distribution of the light.
Bent Nordsted was a designer and artist. He designed lighting for well-known Danish companies such as Fog & Mørup, Kastrup Glassworks, Holmegaard and Lyskær Belysning.
The lamp is in beautiful vintage condition with light signs of wear that are typical for its age. There are a number of deeper scratches at the top (see photo), which, however, are not so noticeable when the lamp hangs upwards.
