Starglass by Luceplan is an elegant prismatic diffuser made of molded glass. The lighting is created using automotive technology, similar to that of car headlights. Starglass is available in transparent or half-mirrored glass and offers a wide range of light diffusion. Designed by Paolo Rizzatto, 2005. The lamp was purchased in Amsterdam at Hazewindus Lampen in late 2008 for €594. It has always hung above the dining table except for the 3.5 years we lived abroad. 1.5 years ago we moved and bought a new lamp. Although we are still very happy with this lamp.
The inside is half mirrored but parts are worn away ( why I don't know)
