Vintage Design by Louis Kalff for Philips Netherlands. In the 1950s with the Philips logo on the white enamel, it is an unused/new copy, the enamel saucer is not damaged and there are some rust spots on the white rods. The yellow cap has some discolouration due to age, but is also undamaged
