Jacqueline (Jaklien) Moerman (Ouwegem, May 9, 1931 - December 18, 2011) was a Belgian illustrator and painter.
She was best known as an illustrator of children's books by author Mariette Vanhalewijn. She also illustrated greeting cards and calendars, and made paintings. She also illustrated the numerous stories by actress and writer Alice Then "Voor Onze kleinetjes" which were published in the then magazine Rijk der Vrouw, predecessor of Libelle. Her drawings were very popular in Flanders, especially in the 1970s.
