Herda was a family business / lighting factory founded by the Daniels brothers in 1946 with its main location in Amsterdam Netherlands v. Marwijk Kooystraat 10 and a second location in Tilburg. The company also had a depot in Borne (Schijndel NL) on the Molenkampsweg until 1981. Herda was declared bankrupt on June 24, 1997.
Herda collaborated with some top designers such as: Willem van Oyen (was also very active for the Raak brand)
