Gerard van Kerkhof is a Dutch visual artist. He trained at the Graphic School Amsterdam and the Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam. One of Gerard's sources of inspiration was children's toys. This is well reflected in this beautiful etching. This beautiful etching is hand-signed by the artist and has edition number 8/10, private printing. The work was created in 1977 and would fit tremendously well in a vintage interior. NOTE: The etching itself is in excellent condition, but the white edge is discolored and has adhesive damage at the corners from a previous framing. This will completely disappear with a new passe partout. Create your own wall mosaic (see last photo) and mix vintage artwork with posters, photographs and contemporary artists.
