Vintage print, floral maps in wooden gold frames, rosa rosa gallica pontiana and rosa noisettiana, after an antique botanical drawing by Pierre-Joseph Redouté (1759-1840).
Pierre-Joseph Redouté was a Belgian painter and botanist, best known for his exquisite attention to detail, he became best known for his paintings of flowers in the garden of the Château de Malmaison and was official court artist to Marie Antoinette of Austria.
Beautifully framed cards in a white passe-partout, rectangular wooden gold frames with glass.
In good vintage condition, light signs of use and age on the wooden frames, some discoloration of the prints but nothing disturbing, check the photos for more details!
