Beautiful and cheerful field of flowers painted and signed by Yulia Muravyeva (Amsterdam/Moscow)... Painted in 2015.
Yulia Muravyeva was born in Russia and has been living in the Netherlands since 2010. It was a great surprise to Yulia's parents that their daughter had a talent for drawing and painting. Especially mixing colors has fascinated her since her early childhood. Later she studied at the university to become a drawing teacher in the classical arts and she started restoring paintings and painting icons.
Her paintings are recognizable out of thousands. The paintings with the colored flower fields are always fresh and cheerfully colored. Yulia paints in an abstract style in which the flower buds lie on the canvas with thick layers of paint, but also in a style that is much more detailed. The background always has beautiful color transitions. They give her a positive, warm feeling. Her work is becoming more and more modern and abstract. In some works, however, fragments of the classical approach can still be seen. The thickness of the flowers gives the works of art an extra dimension. However, this is difficult to photograph. You are therefore cordially invited to come and view the works of art in the gallery or to take a work of art with you. Yulia Muravyeva's artworks are now finding their way to art lovers all over the world.
