Antique Dutch belly secretaire / flap desk in burr walnut, with lots of storage. The stately piece of furniture has 3 generous drawers and stands on slate claw feet. Behind the flap are numerous small drawers and a door. It also has a hidden large! sliding compartment that goes all the way under the writing surface, for storing anything. A section on the flap is lined with green felt. The flap rests on two extendable arms that you can slide into the secretaire. Also two extendable "Schlosser World History" vertical drawers with opening at the top to store letters. The cabinet has normal signs of use. The drawers etc all run smoothly. Original brass hardware. The flap can be locked. Two keys included. Dimensions: 104 w x 52 d x 101 h.
