Beautiful pair of heavy handmade bookends in Asian style, the elephants are made of patinated bronze, the books are made of wood with gold details, the underside is finished with leather, second half 20th century, Vietnam.
Stylish and elegant bookends, very quality made, the elephants have very fine details and a beautiful brown and deep green patina, 1 elephant is a bit loose so it can be turned to expose the underside. Showpieces for the bookcase!
