Unique glass object " Black& White " by Czech glass artist George Broft. Hand-blown, hand-formed, cut and satin-finished. Executed in clear , black and white glass in an " Überfang " technique. First, a ball of clear glass is formed, then a layer of black glass, a clear layer and finally a white glass layer that is satin-finished which gives a nice matte effect. Then the sphere is beveled and polished. Signed GBroft at the bottom. High 20 cm. Diameter 20 cm. Weight 7 pounds! Photographed with daylight and artificial light.
