Very nice handmade Mid - Century ceramic decorative / fruit bowl of Italian origin. The bowl, designed in 1959 by Aldo Londi for Bitossi as part of the Rimini Blue series. The bowl has an abstract textured decor enameled in beautiful royal blue and turquoise tones. The bowl is in good condition, no cracks or chips. Two spots on underside are missing glaze, not disturbing (see photo 4). Signed at the bottom: 716/Italy. Size: height 8 cm, diameter 35 cm.
