Midcentury round ceramic planter designed by Aldo Londi for Bitossi Ceramiche Italy, in the 60s. The glaze is adorned with friezes in different geometric patterns and features the unmistakable Rimini Blu palette of deep blue, turquoise and sea green. A beautiful collectible piece to add to a midcentury pottery collection or to style in an entryway, a sideboard or open shelving. Marked on the underside "701/15 Italy". Dimensions: Height: 12 cm. Diameter: 15.5 cm. Condition: very good vintage condition with some signs of age commensurate to the age of the piece, such as some light crazing and calcaire deposits on the inside.
