2 beautiful reupholstered Gispen chairs from the then Sedus Collection. The upholstery was done by a recognized and professional upholsterer. Attributed in terms of design to André R. Cordemeijer, the chair type 1265 is listed in the Gispen catalog from 1956 (see photo). Originally offered as a conference chair. The fabric is light blue with white through it, the fabric is completely new, the foam rubber is original underneath with some addition here and there for shape. The fabric is soft and not fluffy. The chair has only been sat on a few times to test the fabric and the fit. They are "sturdy chairs and good in weight. 8-10 kg each). Armrest 69 cm from the ground.
