Danish oak chairs designed by Erik Buch for Anderstrup Stolefabrik. Designed and manufactured in the 1960s, they reflect the high-quality, classic style prevalent in mid-20th-century Danish design. The solid oak frame supports the seat and backrest upholstered in high-quality light gray fabric from the Swiss firm Baumann. Due to the width of their seat and the curvature of their upholstered backrest, they are perhaps some of the most comfortable dining chairs we have ever owned. A timeless set and an icon of furniture design from the era worth investing in. Ideal for spending hours around the table in good company. They are in perfect condition after being restored and reupholstered. They may show very slight marks commensurate with their age.
