The Leolux Scylla armchair, designed by Gerard Vollenbrock (1949), takes its inspiration from the iconic De Stijl and Bauhaus art movements. This timeless design from 1996 was awarded the prestigious "Good Industrial Design" design award in 2011.
This Scylla version with low back is made of supple and soft top quality leather. The leather is not torn, but shows some folds and creases due to normal use. The leather is easy to treat. On the right armrest of the left armchair is a superficial damage / see photo.
The design has a beautiful chrome tubular frame that continues seamlessly behind the back and leather armrests. The refined details and finish make this design timeless, a true design classic.
