Rosen then opened her own design studio and continued to work in textile design, creating patterns for prestigious brands such as Marimekko and Danskina. She also designed fabrics for train and aircraft seats, as well as car interiors. In addition to her textile design work, Rosen also worked in ceramics, creating modern, functional pieces for manufacturers such as Rörstrand and Gustavsberg. Rosen received numerous awards for her design work over the course of her career, including the Lunning Prize in 1958 for promising designers. She passed away in 2000, but her work is still widely recognized and appreciated for its distinctive, colorful style.
