Bresciani is known for his functional, minimalist approach to design, with a preference for simple, uncluttered forms. He has won numerous awards for his designs, including the Compasso d'Oro in 1987 and 1994, and the Red Dot Award in 2006 and 2010. In addition to his industrial design work, Bresciani has also taught design at Milan's Polytechnic University and Milan's Domus Academy. Today, he is considered one of Italy's most influential designers.
