Vintage XL sideboard designed by renowned designer Svend Åge Madsen for Knudsen & Søn, Denmark 1960s. Very beautiful design, Svend Åge Madsen is labeled as one of the leading designers in Denmark's history. It shows in this beautifully designed sideboard. 4 large doors with a huge amount of practical storage space. The left side has 2 wooden drawers, 2 of which are lined with green felt. The cabinet has a beautiful finish. The corner joints run nicely into each other, the 'crest' on the back is beautifully organically designed and the ornately shaped legs and base make it look like the cabinet is floating. In very clean condition, only an inconspicuous light scratch to be detected. Size Height 84cm Length 240cm Depth 50cm
