Product description
*New old stock* Description: Italian version Table clock called the "Tube clock", referring to the shape of the clock. The clock was designed by Hans Muller & Hans van Dongen in 1982, for which they had specifically applied for a patent in America, which was granted to them in 1984 for this "Elongated Clock". The clock does not have numbers but Dutch text that indicates the time at the red line on the clock. The clock works on one LR1 battery that makes the rollers with the text on them turn. To get to the clockwork, the curved end of the clock can be pulled off. The clock is marked on the back of both curved ends (see photos). This elongated clock was patented in 1983 and was the first of its kind, the only true original.
