Vitra Area Bench by Antonio Citterio in black fabric upholstery. Includes original glass Vitra table that can be mounted to the bench.
Pair of comments:
- The upholstery is in good condition. Nowhere damaged.
- For niceness, the upholstery would do well with a shamporel turn to get upholstery back to new condition.
- Chrome Vitra legs could use some further polishing.
- Main concern is that the upholstery on the front of the sofa has come loose from the rubber that you then have to snap on. So the upholstery will have to be fixed with a new rubber. By the way, this is only at the front. (See photos)
- Original glass table is not damaged. So no bumps out of it.
- Fabric straps of the seat are in very good condition. Nowhere damaged or torn.
Conclusion: clean upholstery for cleanliness and mount a new rubber on the front and the sofa is perfect again. This sofa normally goes away for €1,500-€2,000.
