This highboard is an original from the 60s. It consists of two components and was manufactured in Germany. The surfaces of the cabinet are finished with Makoré (African pear tree) veneer. A golden trim and brass applications give the cabinet additional elegance. Four keys are included. The upper element consists of a spacious display cabinet. It is accessed via two sliding glass doors with gold trim. Two height-adjustable glass shelves are included. The back wall and base are covered with cream-colored plastic. On the left-hand side, behind a hinged door, there is further storage space divided by two glass shelves. The lower furniture element is divided by two hinged doors (left and right) and a double door. ➡️ History: Vintage living room cabinet, model "400 S", manufactured on May 7, 1968 by the renowned Emil Arzt KG furniture factory in Zeulenroda. This collector's item impresses with its timeless aesthetics and robust workmanship. The furniture has been thoroughly cleaned. The furniture lid of the lower part has been refurbished. We clean and treat the wooden surfaces intensively with specially purified linseed oil in combination with an odorless and residue-free hydrocarbon solvent. This method is recommended by restorers.
