Designed and built in the Art Deco Period and is in good condition for its age. The desk is executed very well in mixed woods with an inlay top that pulls down to form the desk. There is much attention given to the details of the desk as it stands on a half circle black lacquered base with black bakkerlite handles adorned with silver metal highlights. The desk has some signs of the Amsterdamse School style of design. It is functional and can be used immediately.
