Tech. Dates/ Wood, aluminum. Aniline-dyed Americano cherry wood, silver-satin anodized aluminum.
Reflex is part of a system of chests of drawers and secretaries, a piece of furniture with drawers or doors, mounted on rubber wheels. It is designed with a clear graphic linearity and with a penchant for combining different materials such as cherry wood and aluminum. With this furniture, particular care has been given to the finish: the inside of the drawers is of veneered American cherry wood and the drawer fronts are of anodized aluminum, with rounded corners. The four-drawer secretaire also stands on casters, the two front ones equipped with a braking system. The structure, interior divider and pull-out shelf are of aniline-dyed American cherry finished with a transparent lacquer, as is the roll top. The drawers of American cherry veneer are mounted on metal guides.
The furniture is in very good vintage condition. Barely damaged albeit a small chip ( see last photo) and missing a small metal slat where the rod goes into the clasp
