The Move is height adjustable and rotates 360 degrees. You can adjust it to your body height and table height. The flexible standing support has a stepped disc base, so the tilt angle can follow your body in the different positions. This allows your working column to maintain its natural curve and gives your body the freedom to move while strengthening your back and abdominal muscles.
