Product description
Fritz Hansen's Superellips dining table is a masterpiece of design created by Piet Hein and Bruno Mathsson. Inspired by Piet Hein's traffic solution for Sergels Torg in Stockholm, the table has a superelliptical shape, a variation on oval that is visually harmonious from all angles. The top is made of Fenix nanolaminate, which gives an extremely matte and easy-to-clean surface with excellent heat and scratch resistance. Furniture maker Fritz Hansen from Nakskov in Denmark came to Copenhagen in the 1870s and established his own workshop in 1885. Fritz Hansen began producing high-quality furniture with his son Christian and they enjoyed immediate success.
Possibly some minor scratches or marks from normal use but no obvious damage.
