The Swedish brand String has been designing practical, lightweight and affordable shelf systems since 1949. The simple bookshelf, designed by Nils Strinning, has become an iconic classic in the design world. With the versatile String System, you furnish any free wall space functionally and completely as you wish. This configuration is ideal for use as a checkroom in the hallway. The furniture consists of two parts. The lower part features a drawer unit and an open shelf for small accessories in felt. The upper part consists of a shelf, a coat rack rod and a perforated plate to which loose hooks can be attached. The wall rack is made of black lacquered metal and the drawers of black veneer.
