Product description
Designer: Rob Mentzen
Year: 2011
Chandelier of, among others. blue cap bottles.
We drink too much water from plastic bottles, which is a huge burden on the environment.
By saving 99 bottles from oblivion I wanted to make a statement that you can do so many more things with the material that we so carelessly throw away.
The idea was to make a chandelier with mundane proportions in Amsterdam School style.
The length of the aluminum rods can be shortened by the seller/maker as required.
This chandelier, as can be seen in the photos, can work very nicely in the opening of a skylight.
Ø 115cm, height fixed part 67cm, length aluminum suspension rods 91cm
materials:
PVC pipe, coated with green hammertone paint.
rings mdf with metal coating.
pink marble shade (bottom).
aluminum suspension rods, can be shortened on request.
LED-lighting.
