This piece of furniture comes from the Larenstijn convent in Velp. In 1974, the Sisters of the Good Shepherd left this location and sold the inventory before the tropical forestry school moved in. A prayer closet was part of the city standard equipment of a convent cell. People knelt on the lid of the locker and prayed to our dear Lord with folded hands. The box has traveled with us since 1974 and now we are looking for a new home.
