This beautiful wall or ceiling lamp was made by the German company Peill & Putzler around 1970 - the Space Age period. It is a lamp from the Futura series and made of beautiful, "wavy" brown smoked glass and the holder is brass. This is the slightly larger version (32 cm Ø) and can therefore be used both on the wall and ceiling. It gives a nice warm light and looks best with a gold or silver mirror headlamp. The lamp is still in good, original condition and features an E27 socket. In 1975 this design won an IF design award, making it a true midcentury modern design object. Indicative dimensions: 32 cm diameter 17 cm high/deep Due to the fragility of the glass we do not send this lamp by mail.
