A beautiful 1980 lithograph by Danish architect, designer and artist Ole Kortzau titled Himmerland, referring to the area in Denmark on which the work is based. The work is signed in pencil and numbered 172/650.
The lithograph is in a reality perfect condition. Only the frame has some damage.
Dimensions: 50,5x70,5cm
Ole Kortzau is known and acclaimed for his iconic graphic work and product design for several Danish design brands. These include graphic designs for Kvadrat fabrics and products for Georg Jensen and Royal Copenhagen, among others. The graphic works are very much in line with the style we also find in the Netherlands with well-known artists such as Han Jansen and Heleen van der Tuin.
