A fantastic and rare accent lamp/sconce/ceiling light, realized in the legendary ateliers Doria Leuchten-Germany. Extremely rare and most sought after "Sputnik" series, the base is coniferous wood finished with the Japanese finish technique called "shou sugi ban", obtained thru burning of the surface part of the wood which is then further refined with wax, elegantly complemented with Murano "pulegosa" spherical glass shades, which emit a most pleasant and relaxing light. Uses three E14 light bulbs... for a warmer/goldish light, 2700K or less LED light bulbs need be used, while for a whiter/colder light, 4000K or higher LED light can be used. In impeccable condition (with a minor glass restoration, invisible when ceiling light is mounted), complete, perfectly functional. Estimated value $675-$700, offered here for collection price.
