Magnificent large antique pitcher by Victoria Ware, English manufacture, 1850-1899, celadon-tinted ironstone with cobalt transfer, neck rim friezed in an Asian style, body decorated with an urban scene in the colonial style. Rounded shape, large spout and large, thin, rounded handle. 16.5cm total height, 21-22cm total spout+handle width, approx. 15cm max. diameter. Stamped under the base. Perfect condition, no chips or cracks, some chalk marks inside the spout, very discreet. Approx. 1.500kg.
