Elegant sideboard from the sixties, a beautiful combination of style, craftsmanship and functionality. The cabinet has strong similarities (eg handles and base) with designs by Louis van Teeffelen, however, we can not find it in the catalogs .
A real eye-catcher that fits effortlessly into a minimalist, Scandinavian or modern interior. This piece of furniture not only offers generous storage space but also gives your living room a timeless look.
Crafted with love and skill by a furniture maker, the cabinet is full of authentic details. Traditional dovetail joints in the drawers, subtle rounded edges and golden brass hinges emphasize the quality. On the left side, two doors with original keys open to a spacious storage area, neatly divided by a shelf. The light birch veneer on the inside provides a nice contrast to the warm teak color of the outside.
To the right of the cabinet you will find four wide drawers that open smoothly. The organically shaped wooden handles are comfortable to hold. The cabinet stands on a slender teak base with elegantly tapered legs, which provides an empty and refined look.
We have professionally renovated this cabinet. The brass hardware has been polished and has regained its fresh golden color. The woodwork was professionally renovated where we removed old layers of maintenance. In the finish, the cabinet has been hand sanded and nourished with a high-quality matte furniture oil, beautifully showcasing the deep, warm tones and silky sheen of the teak.
The cabinet is immediately ready for use.
