Eindhoven, NetherlandsView all items from this sellerDelightfully comfortable sofa by Jan des Bouvrie for Gelderland (arX). In a beautiful dark purple/aubergine velvet fabric by Maroeska Metz. The sofa has excellent seating comfort and the high arms and back make you feel very secure. I painted the wooden legs silver at the time. The total width is 238 cm, the height 106 cm. The seat depth is 65 cm, the seat height 43 cm and the seat width 183 cm. I would reupholster the seat cushions (nice in a contrast?).It is a dark purple/aubergine colored sofa in velvet, with signs of use, as it has now been in use for over 15 years. Reupholstering is the advice.
