Delightfully comfortable sofa by Jan des Bouvrie for Gelderland (arX). In a beautiful dark purple/aubergine velvet fabric by Maroeska Metz. The sofa has excellent seating comfort and the high arms and back make you feel very secure. I painted the wooden legs silver at the time. The total width is 238 cm, the height 106 cm. The seat depth is 65 cm, the seat height 43 cm and the seat width 183 cm.
It is a dark purple/aubergine colored sofa in velvet, with - fair is fair - some signs of use on the seat cushions, as it has now been in use for 15 years.
