Rare first edition of the iconic leather hippopotamus designed by Dimitri Omersa for Liberty London. This example dates from the early 1960s and is entirely handcrafted from sturdy, full-grain leather. The patina is beautifully weathered and warm in color - a paragon of character and quality.
