Elegant Ara table lamp designed by Philippe Starck and produced by Flos Italy 1988. The lamp has had very little use. If you tilt the upper part of the lamp upwards, the light goes out. If you tilt it downwards, the light comes on. It comes with its original transformer. This lamp is in polished chrome steel with a Zamac metal alloy head, with a glass diffuser, supported by an angled steel post attached to a chrome-plated weighted base. Original manufacturing labels. I still have the purchase invoice.... Works perfectly!
