Product description
Rare subject in fine white porcelain with a very slightly bluish glaze. German porcelain style of the 30's-50's, in the taste of Allach, featuring a dog with thick fur, tongue hanging out, wild eyes and floppy ears, showing off, sitting with front paws in the air. This is not molded porcelain, but hand-worked porcelain, and is certainly a unique piece, or one produced in very limited numbers. It is not signed or stamped, however, and its provenance and period remain uncertain. An original and very beautiful subject nonetheless. Max. height 19cm, max. width 8cm and max. depth 11cm. Perfect condition, nothing notable. Approx. 700gr.
