Other versions: This brutalist broken glass wall lamp is made in different colors and sizes.
Probably inspired by a design by Willem van Oyen Sr. for Raak Lichtarchitectuur, the Netherlands: the Chartres wall lamp. Several lighting companies produced their version of the Chartres lamps.
The style of this type of lamp is often called Brutalist. Not to be confused with Brutalist architecture, or Brutalism from more or less the same period. That is something completely different.
Cossack
The company Gebrüder Cosack (Gecos) was founded in 1848 as a metal processing factory in Neheim-Hüsten, Germany by Egon, Friedrich and Theodor Cosack. At first, they made liturgical objects and crosses from copper and also produced petroleum lamps. Later, the company came to the production of electric lamps.
Inside some scratches from the hook, rest is in excellent condition.
