Charles and Ray Eames designed this iconic modern club chair in 1956. With this work, the designer duo made a significant contribution to the development of US post-war design. And even after almost 70 years, the furniture has lost none of its appeal. As ever, the armchair is a symbol of elegance and style awareness. The armchair is from the 70s and the cushions are still filled with down. Covered with black leather. The stool is from the 90's and is filled with show fabric. Walnut shell.
The seat shell has been stabilized on the underside with a metal plate. This has the advantage that no more damage can occur at the most sensitive point and the leather is slightly porous on the armrests. Otherwise very nice vintage condition.
