Product description
These patched leather benches in mid-century Brazilian brutalist style were created by a group of young Brazilian designers who designed some of the most extraordinary furniture in the 1960s and 1970s, using traditional materials and techniques with a progressive, relaxed attitude. The design of the footstools is in the style of mid-century modern designers such as Jean Gillon, Percival Lafer and Sergio Rodrigues. The footstools are handmade and has an all-wood frame that supports a very thick leather sling seat, stitched with gaucho-style leather laces. The cushions are loose on the bottom and in a used condition see the photos.Furthermore, the footstools are very nice to put side by side as a bench.
