Product description
Famous, art print "Ballerina" by Sir Patrick Lichfield. Lichfield was a photographer for the royal household of Great Britain. He took the wedding photos of Charles and Diana. He was also a photographer of numerous celibrities including the Rolling Stones. On Ebay you can also find this artprint sometimes for prices between 100 and 200 $ (print only). I am selling it for 70 Euro including the beautiful frame (of 30 Euro). Thomas Patick John (Patrick) Anson, 5th Earl of Lichfield (April 25, 1939 - November 11, 2005) was a British photographer and a second cousin of Britain's Queen Elizabeth II. He was the son of Thomas, Viscount Anson and Anne Bowes-Lyon, a niece of Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother. Lord Lichfield received his education at Harrow School and Sandhurst. In 1959, he joined the Grenadiers. When he left the army in 1962, he began his further career as an assistant photographer. He soon built a reputation of his own, in part because he was so close to the royal family. He particularly made a name for himself as a fashion photographer. He also handled the wedding photos at the wedding of Prince Charles and Lady Diana. On November 10, 2005, he suffered a massive stroke. He died the following night.
